EWANIKA currently only ships within North America. EWANIKA is open Tuesday through Saturday. Please allow 2 days for processing, more if outside our business days. After your order is confirmed, pending availability and credit verification, you will receive a tracking number with Canada Post that corresponds with your order.

For customer convenience EWANIKA offers In Store Pickup. Please indicate the In Store Pickup option at the Checkout.
For all Canadian orders taxes are not included in the price and will be added where applicable by law.
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any Canadian sales tax.
Please refer to the customs legislation in your country of residence for more information on additional duties and taxes that you might incur.
EWANIKA is not responsible for any additional duties, custom fees and/or taxes.
. . . . As a brick and mortar store, all goods ordered online originate from the EWANIKA boutique. Therefore, items may have been handled previous to purchase. For example, shoes may have been tried on instore, albeit with care. This being said, we have incredibly high standards for our goods, and check items with diligence before shipping to their destination.
IN STORE RETURNS
EWANIKA does not issue refunds. Store credit only with receipt within 7 days.
Instore credits need to be used within 6 months of issue.
All sale items and special orders are final sale. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
EWANIKA will exchange non-sale items received back to the store within 7 days of purchase. All goods must be unworn, in perfect condition with the original packaging and tags intact.
Please consider all beauty products, including candles, as final sale.

Non-Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns/exchanges must be authorized by our web shop team prior to return. You will be given a RA number that must be written on the outside of the package. Items sent without a Return Authorization Number will be refused at the customer’s expense.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipper is responsible for return fees and package must be traceable and require a signature.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
EWANIKA offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be made in the form of a store credit.
Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when a request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
